About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Clarify the customer complaints, determine the cause, select and explain the best solution, then follow-up to make sure the issue is resolved
2. Respond to tickets to help PeopleHum customers with their issues
3. Participate in writing excellent help documentation both for internal use and for our customers
4. Log tickets with the development team and escalate appropriately based on the impact of the issue
5. Become a PeopleHum power user before you can support others, you must know the product yourself
6. Onboard and train new customers well enough for them to fall in love with PeopleHum
