About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on customer relationship management
2. Work on handling annual renewal recurring of our SaaS product
3. Understand client issues and encourage upsells and cross-sells
4. Work on a monthly list of recurring revenue and communicate the same with the client
5. Work on following up
6. Work on coordinating with sales and support team to fulfill clients' requirements
