Customer Success Management (Onboarding) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the entire onboarding process for new customers, beginning to end from sales handover to configuration to training, ensuring customers roll out the platform as quickly as possible
2. Provide world-class service to the largest and the smallest metal companies across the globe
3. Deliver confident training sessions which educate and enable new users, illustrating the benefits of the software, effectively communicating value to customers, and instilling confidence and belief in the product
4. Enhance current processes in the onboarding and account management areas of the business
5. Nurture the client towards a successful implementation using intimate knowledge of both the industry and the product
6. Go over and above to ensure customers are comfortable using the software by delivering training and catchup sessions, instruct/guide the customer through tasks, both onsite & online
7. Bring your own personality to develop rapport and meaningful relationships with customers, build connections and gain trust (improve onboarding processes)
8. Use reporting and analytics to provide insights into account growth, take responsibility for their performance, and meet revenue targets
9. Develop and manage client portfolios
10. Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
