About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team
2. Ensure they reach success as soon as possible
3. Identify opportunities for growth by relaying information back to the sales team
4. Respond to support queries, provide answers and be the go-to guide
5. Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
6. Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure
7. Mediate between the stakeholders and the organization
8. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
9. Management of CRM and other platforms related to delivering customer success
10. Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed

1. An individual that is passionate and highly motivated to meet and exceed both personal and professional targets

2. Highly adaptable and quick to learn new information

3. Highly organized and able to multi-task

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ownership, accountability, interpersonal and relationship-building skills

5. Knowledge of customer success processes will be a plus point

6. Experience in document creation

7. Strong listening skills and ability to understand others' viewpoints

8. High levels of tenacity and desire to go above and beyond

9. Educated to degree level or equivalent
