About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling visitors & queries
2. Conducting tours to execute sales strategy and maintain high occupancy
3. Managing community initiatives designed to develop member relationships
4. Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms
5. Overseeing and executing daily office operations
6. Liaisoning with the facilities team on building operations and maintenance
7. Managing local vendors and potentially admin supervisors
8. Seeking opportunities to engage members to discover and discuss member s objectives
9. Recommending best practices, including but not limited to community management, sales, events, training, and member experience on a company-wide level
10. Resolving member complaints regarding other members through neutral fact investigation and process termination of membership when warranted
