About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the primary technical contact, and deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem resolution to corporates
2. Provide technical support including product technical training to customers & peers as appropriate
3. Manage critical issues by setting customer expectations, devising and implementing action plans, and professionally communicating with all parties involved
4. Candidate should be from IT Background ( M SC Computers or BE IT)

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Must be an MBA with B.Com background

2. Should have knowledge of corporate treasury functions

3. Must have excellent and demonstrated customer service skills

4. Must have good written and verbal communication skills
