About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
2. Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, placing orders, and product assistance & troubleshooting
3. Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone, WhatsApp, website, email, and social platforms
4. Assist customers with order information and order queries
