About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Address customer's issues/challenges
2. Resolve them in a timely and efficient manner
3. Make about 100+ calls in a day (AHT (average handle time) 2 minutes per call)
4. Ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately
5. Liaise with customers and the business and assists with complaints, errors, orders, cancellations, billing, and more through calls or WhatsApp chat
6. Call the customers for any demo or paid class reminders
