About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Schedule calls between experts and customers on a daily basis by ensuring their respective availabilities via calls/emails
2. Partner with our customers to effectively resolve issues through phone (primary channel), email, and chat
3. Report progress daily
4. Educate and empower the customer to become better and more engaged TapChief users
5. Drive key product features and process changes as a reaction to customer feedback
6. Collaborate with internal teams and account owners to identify opportunities for existing customers to use more of our platform or remove roadblocks

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
