We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. The selected intern will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
3. Communicating with customers through various channels
4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
6. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
7. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 21st Jan'20 and 20th Feb'20
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
An ideal candidate for the internship will be one with-
1. High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
2. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
3. Comfortable using computers
