About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide support to end users on a variety of issues
2. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
3. Quality check the entire system on a daily basis
4. Create, maintain and execute test plans
5. Respond to telephone calls, email, and collaboration tool requests for technical support
6. Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution
7. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions
