About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interact with customers through chat support and calls
2. Understand the customer's query and identify the customer's need and give the best resolution to the customer
3. Interact with various departments to resolve customer issues
4. Suggest improvements on products/services based on customer insights
5. Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100 percent satisfaction with the product they purchase
