About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on making outbound calls to newly onboarded customers to explain to them the features and benefits of the Propacity ecosystem
2. Clarify customer queries on how to use the propacity ecosystem benefits and raise tickets whenever they face difficulties
3. Understand the customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade or buy additional services & focus on customer retention
