About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
2. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
3. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
4. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
5. Inform customers about new features and functionalities
6. Work on following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
7. Work on gathering customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams
