About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Timely interact with the clients to ensure smooth operations
2. Educate clients on a regular basis to develop ease and comfort with the platform
3. Provide application support to the clients as per their requirements
4. Develop strong and trustworthy relationships with clients with regular communication
5. Strategize lead generation and lead conversion
6. Work on customer onboarding, training, and renewals reminder
7. Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
8. Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention
9. Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff
