About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Attending customer calls and helping customers with their queries
2. Giving product walkthrough to the customers and reporting bugs to the product team
3. Updating customer s account details and managing customer accounts
4. Communicating with the sales team
5. Working with the sales team to upgrade the customer to a paid plan
6. Handling the user CRM tools to update status
7. Engaging with people and coordinating plans in order to support business growth and brand positioning
