About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
2. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
3. Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
4. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
5. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
6. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
7. Inform customers about new features and functionalities
8. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
9. Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
10. Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
11. Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
12. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
13. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
14. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
15. Take the extra mile to engage customers

2. can start the internship between 27th Nov'20 and 1st Jan'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, Noida and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

2. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills

5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
