About the internship

Tagalys is looking for a customer support intern to directly address customer queries and coordinate requirements with internal teams, delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction and delight. You will get an opportunity to work directly with our customers. You will play a crucial role in building trust and a strong relationship between Tagalys and her customers.

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Handling email and the website chat support with customers empathetically
2. Acknowledging the receipt of customer tickets/queries, following up with relevant teams to resolve it within defined SLA timelines
3. Keeping customers informed about the status of their tickets/queries
4. Preparing knowledgebase articles about repetitive customer queries that are not addressed in FAQs
5. Preparing video tutorials based on the customer/company requirements
6. Working on continuously developing the product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per speed to response, customer satisfaction scores, ticket closure time and satisfaction).
