About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer-facing and responding professionally to incoming calls and emails
2. Understanding the customer needs and/or gather appropriate information to timely resolve the service request in the ticketing tool
3. Working with client and client assigned personnel in the resolution of functional requests while providing the resolution according to agree upon service levels
4. Staying informed of application status and all dependencies that may affect applications front-end user experience
5. Supporting user administration and assist with release management
