Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
3. Communicating with customers through various channels
4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
6. Developing and managing social marketing campaigns
7. Managing our organization s website
8. Optimizing content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and tracking the website traffic flow and providing internal reports regularly
9. Fixing any errors in online content and arranging webinars & webcasts
10. Attending networking events and product launches
11. Identifying new social marketing trends and ensuring that the brand is in front of industry developments
13. Editing and posting content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites
14. Promoting the company s products and services in the digital space
