About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
2. Identifying customer needs and help customers use specific features
3. Updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
4. Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
5. Sharing feature requests and effective workaround with team members
6. Informing customers about new features and functionalities
7. Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
8. Gathering customer feedback and share with our product, sales, and marketing teams
