Customer Support Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Becoming the first line of response to our customers in India and worldwide, by understanding their requirements, you would communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone and focus on finding the right product for each customer
2. Connecting with our customers to address their questions and resolve issues through multiple channels such as phone, mails and social media
3. Working along with the operations team to resolve customer concerns and serve as an ambassador of our Chowkhat Handicraft

As a customer support executive, you'll be responsible for the pre and post-sales team.
