About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage customer queries on our support platforms (tickets & chats)
2. Respond and resolve support tickets within defined timelines
3. Work with team members and other departments to close customer queries on time
4. Liaise with product and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery of customer commitments
5. Contribute and enrich our self-help repository write product help articles; create self-help videos; enrich user guides & FAQ, roll out onboarding packs, etc.
6. Keep up to date with the latest product features and ensure we share the right details with our customers
7. Manage customer feedback sourced via tickets, chat, NPS, or other channels

Skills & Requirements:

1. Willing to work the night shift (US hours)
2. Minimum 6 months to 1-year maximum experience in a customer-facing role
