About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Category 1(Beginner-Intermediate):
1. Refer sources(internet based) and find latest Attacks/Exploits
2. Develop scenarios based game modules
3. Integration of various game modules

Category 2(Advanced):
1. Analyze top notch research papers and derive conclusions
2. Present the conclusions and implement if approved
3. Maintain logs, technical report

Skill(s) required

Android C# English Proficiency (Written) Java MySQL PHP Python Shell Scripting Unity 3D

Who can apply

About Cyber Security Laboratory, IIT Bombay

Under the supervision of Prof Bernard Menezes, Cyber Security Laboratory situated at Kanwal Rekhi School of Information Technology(KReSiT) has India's finest researchers working on hot topics. Researches here include but not limited to Advanced system security, Algorithms based theoretical cryptography, Quantum age cryptography, Mobile application security(Android), Web application security, Cyber security educational tools, etc.

About the Project:
IIT Bombay with its sisters IIT Delhi and IIT Madras, collaborating their work on a project led by the DRDO, India. With the vision to make common people/IT professionals/non-IT professionals cyber aware, initiated this project "Game-based Interactive Simulator for Training Professionals in Cybersecurity Vulnerabilities". At IIT Bombay, we call it game-based Learning in Cyber Security - GaLeCSe(pronounced Galaxy).
