Key responsibilities:
1. Monitoring the overall health of our product and business. Tracking important business & product metrics and identifying broad improvement opportunities
2. Analyzing ideas to identify which ones would have maximum impact on the product and are worth implementing
3. Designing and helping implement A/B experiments to track the impact of individual changes in our product
