1. Track a daily log of quality issues found within the underwriting service providers
2. Categorize and analyze quality issues
3. Contribute to the data & analytics innovation team to prototype new models, conduct exploratory data analysis, and research data science
4. Contribute to the formulation of modeling solutions across credit, fraud, and/or marketing arenas
5. Get exposure to the integration of diverse big data sources
6. Research new modeling techniques as appropriate for a specific solution
7. Create detailed documentation outlining the design and technical specifications of each solution
8. Assist in process improvement initiatives within the data & analytics group
9. Work with campus partners to regularly track and update staff on engagement data including graduate school test prep, Teach for America, Peace Corps, etc.
10. Assist with pitches by providing social listening, competitive analysis, and secondary research to inform strategy and creative development
