Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prepare tracking report of upcoming shipments and update the same daily/weekly
2. Extract required data from a master Excel file and copy-paste it into another file
3. Handle the entry of invoices and shipping documents from PDF to Excel file
4. Summarize data for monthly & quarterly reports (note: in short, tracking of shipments and a compilation of data from two different sheets to one sheet)
5. Use your logical data analysis skill for data entry from PDF files to Excel sheets with some calculation sheets and ledger sheets as well
