Data Entry Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

(a) Data entry and update:
1. Conduct thorough research to gather accurate and up-to-date information related to real estate.
2. Update and maintain website pages with the acquired data.
3. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

(b) Internet research:
1. Utilize online resources to collect relevant information.
2. Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing multiple sources.

(c) Quality assurance:
1. Perform quality checks to ensure the integrity of the data being entered.
2. Identify and rectify any discrepancies in the data.

(d) Communication:
1. Collaborate with team members to gather additional information if needed.
2. Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

(e) Documentation:
1. Maintain clear and organized documentation of the sourced data.
2. Provide regular updates on progress and any challenges encountered.

Qualifications:

1. Pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree.
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
4. Basic understanding of data entry and Internet research techniques.
5. Familiarity with the real estate industry is an advantage.
