1. Work directly with the inside sales team to improve the sale contact database creation (contact name, number, email ids, etc.)
2. Collect and check the data quality and standard of the sales contact database
3. Clean and improve the sales data attributes
4. Support the team to improve the sales data quality by identifying the data gaps and closing them with the help of the business data owners
5. Discover and interpret data gaps and anomalies in sales database
6. Work with the RPA team and support them in terms of sales contact database
7. Work on data check and data load in share point and check the updated value in the Power BI report
8. Identify the root cause issue with the developing team
An ideal candidate should have:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
2. Experience of 1 to 3 years in data cleanup using Excel data analysis techniques
3. Candidates must be good in understanding of sales data and its attributes
4. Candidates must have good experience in advanced excel (Lookups, pivot table, formulae, keyboard shortcuts, etc.)
5. Understanding some degree of automation in Excel using VBA will be an added advantage
6. Additional experience in CRM tools is a plus
7. Self-management skills, taking initiative
8. Must be attentive to details, innovative and with strong prioritization skills
9. Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
