About the internship

As a Data Analyst, monitoring, and Evaluation Associate, you will be tasked with supporting all present and future Pi Jam Foundation educational initiatives and programs.

Selected intern s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting and developing an evaluation and monitoring plan
2. Helping determine performance and impact indicators and targets
3. Participating in and providing project design activities including the development of the project with a framework (Result Framework, Log Frames)
4. Implementing monitoring systems and designing monitoring tools
5. Assisting and developing data collection tools
6. Monitoring project activities, output, and progress towards the anticipated result
7. Working with the program manager to build teaching capacity as per their feedback
8. Determining data analysis procedures and using quantitative or qualitative analysis tools
9. Cleaning, sorting, categorizing data and summarizing the findings
10. Developing monthly, quarterly, or annual reports depending on the project requirements
