What is the hiring process?
1. Because we get a high volume of applications, we follow a structured process to make selections
2. The first round is a skill set test. The selected candidates will be informed and an interview will be scheduled
3. Invited candidates will be interviewed by AV team
4. The best people will be offered an internship at AV.
