Delegate Acquisition Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the theme and concept of the event so as to be able to acquire delegates correctly
2. Research and generate new leads while following up on existing leads
3. Clean up and update the existing database so as to target the right audience
4. Work in close coordination with the sales and content team to achieve the event s targets
5. Work in close coordination with the design team to create required mailers and creatives for delegate sales
6. Be present at the actual event so as to assist the delegates as well as the events team
7. Share pre-event as well as post-event details and coverage with the confirmed delegates
8. Coordinate with the accounts team for ensuring timely and complete payment by the buyers
9. Exchange information and provide necessary feedback as and when needed by team members in the line of work
10. Send complete and accurate weekly reports to the line manager
