1. Experience on any visualization tools like Datorama, Tableau, Qlik, OBIEE or Power BI
2. Experience in managing reporting operations and knowledge of visualization
3. Good with SQL and data management concepts
4. Ability to detect data anomalies and perform effective quality checks
5. Has hands-on knowledge on either R or Python
6. Effective communication skills
7. Good interpersonal and client handling skills
8. Positive attitude to deal with the platform challenges and politics between parties involved while maintaining focus on the goal
9. Requirement gathering and problem-solving skills, out of the box thinking to tackle business queries
10. Quick learner to understand the specific processes followed by each country and adapt the vanilla process to accommodate regional nuances
11. Ability to explore any platform and focus on the functionality than a standard procedure, curiosity of achieving the same or better results by challenging the current processes
12. Proactive communicator, report issues and challenges in time
13. Flexibility to work in different time zones depending on the changing project requirement
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year
