Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Responsible for the strategic development and growth of our restaurant that specializes in Kerala cuisine.
2. Analyze prices, competition and the market segment
3. Plan and organize events, promotions, and special marketing activities with the operations manager and the executive chef, as well as liaises with other suppliers to properly execute marketing strategies
4. Monitor online sales metrics and plan online partner promotions accordingly (Swiggy/Zomato/Instagram)
5. Grow our Instagram profile and reach a broader audience
6. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
