Digital Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating a positive impression of the company with active customer engagement
2. Ensuring weekly, monthly and annual reporting of the performance
3. Providing customers with status updates and issue resolutions
4. Understanding dissatisfaction and risks and highlighting them to the internal teams and also setting customer expectations
5. Understanding, eliciting requirements to solve customer business problems
6. Training end-users
7. Driving a monthly plan of customer deliverables
8. Tracking time, progress, goals, and deadlines
9. Maintaining a highly organized and accurate task list, visible to project management and other project resources engaged
10. Driving internal teams in delivery and customer excellence
11. Assigning SoPs
12. Coordinating to ensure customer success
13. Getting sign off from the stakeholders
