The Indus Valley is a venture capital-backed direct consumer (D2C) healthy kitchenware brand. We are on a mission to make all Indian kitchens healthy without chemicals/plastics. Started in 2016, by Jagadeesh Kumar and Madhumitha Udaykumar. A kitchen mishap with plastic cookware in the oven made us look for natural cookware. Options available were unhealthy, unreliable, or unavailable. Made us wonder why there is no reliable healthy cookware brand? This gave us the idea for - The Indus Valley. We started to design and sell natural cookware products in 2016. We are the first Healthy Cookware company in India.
We have sold to more than 2,00,000 customers in 10,000+ pin codes across India. We sell 230+ SKUs on our website and other e-commerce channels. We are a tightly knitted team of 40+ members in our Chennai office. We are people who love challenges, we are collaborative & creative.
1. Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
2. Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content
3. Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand-new audiences
4. Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Instagram reels, AMA Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.)
5. Work alongside other influencer marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals
6. Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
7. Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers
8. Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
