Digital Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage product listings on Amazon and Meesho to optimize sales (if experienced)
2. Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for maximum visibility
3. Upload and list new products, keeping the site updated with the latest collections
4. Maintain product descriptions, images, and categories on the website
5. Regularly update promotions and banners as needed
6. Manage and respond to customer inquiries and orders via WhatsApp and website
7. Provide customers with updates on new designs, collections, and promotions
8. Ensure timely delivery of orders and follow up on customer satisfaction
9. Assist customers with product-related queries and offer solutions to issues
10. Process orders received through WhatsApp and website
11. Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment
12. Handle customer feedback and resolve order-related issues promptly
13. Gain hands-on experience in e-commerce and customer service
14. Get exposure to digital marketing and online sales management
