About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
2. Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
3. Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights
4. Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
5. Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
6. Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
7. Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
8. Instrument conversion points and optimizing user funnels

Added requirements

1. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

2. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

3. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

4. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

5. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

6. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

7. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

8. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
