We are looking for a ready-to-join candidate willing to learn and grow his/her career. We are a Shopify website developer and you would be responsible for managing and answering clients through the chat-based portal. We are committed to our work and providing value to our clients, we expect the same from all our teammates.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on chatting with customers/clients and solving their queries as they arise
2. Following up with leads, upselling and communicating with them
3. Managing and forwarding work to other team member based on client requirements
Skills and other requirements:
1. The candidate must be a pro-active learner, and willing to work
2. We are more looking for an intrapreneur in our company than a job or a worker. You would be paid based on your work and there is no limit to how much you can earn
Additional information:
1. This is not a part-time job or WFH job, it would be a full-time 8 AM to 5 PM work where you would have to come to the office each day
2. Our office is in Ashok Vihar, Delhi 110052. We are looking for candidates who are nearby and have mode of communication to travel daily.
3. You must have a laptop and a smartphone
4. Leaves would not be permitted in any case
Note: We assure you that after incentives and appraisal within 1-2 months, you would be earning around 50k INR per month from our company. You would be provided complete training.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of revenue generated/sales).
