We're a young company that has a basic presence online. We're looking to build on the digital and social media space both as a means to bring in more traction to our offline work, as well as a direct channel of marketing and communications. We're passionate about sarees and the role they have in a modern woman's everyday life. We'd like you to help us get this message across to everyone.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing all our external communications material
2. Creating social/other media content for sharing with current and potential customers
3. Running artistic and impactful photo campaigns
4. Helping prepare and manage regular blogs, website content
5. Keeping track of results from engagements on social media and our customer connect programme
6. Working directly with the founders and our ops team to feed in inputs strategy from the communications and digital marketing perspective
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 13th Aug'18 and 12th Sep'18
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Six Yards Plus is a young saree startup based out of Hyderabad. We aim to make the saree the attire of choice for women. Through a set of curated products and services, we make the saree fun, cool and comfortable to drape so that the saree draping culture and a consistent market to handloom weavers can be sustained for the future.
