3. Measure the success of every social media campaign
4. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies and content
5. Use social media marketing tools like Icon square, Social bakers
6. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
7. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams
8. Work on online relationship management responding to DMs and comments
9. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
10. Understand social media KPIs
