Benefit Fitness, is a privatized workouts gym based out of Khar west. The focus, unlike the other gyms, is mainly on giving results to our clients and not just focusing on getting more memberships. The place is managed and all workouts and nutrition plans designed by the owner himself Mr. Pankesh Asrani, to make sure justice is done and result guaranteed to each client that becomes a part of the benefit family. Pankesh Asrani is a fitness coach and nutritionist who also practises hands-on therapy and helps clients with issues like musculoskeletal pain, slip disc, knee issues, etc.
