1. Manage e-commerce & marketing divisions (for the entire group, including PR & corporate communications) - the e-commerce business is a high growth & high impact function within the omnichannel retail division of Nebula & covers Nebula as well as business through our online franchisee stores and marketplaces)
2. Deliver revenue targets for e-commerce
3. Drive traffic on the site through organic traffic, advertising, and building digital properties
4. Work on merchandising and content/catalog management for the website
5. Lead tech & product development - identifying new features, creating the requirements documents, prototyping and testing & rollout and evaluation
6. Manage business through major marketplaces & drive new partnerships to increase sales
7. Design and implement projects as per the annual marketing calendar - our focus is mainly on digital channels, visual merchandising standards, and implementation across all stores
8. Manage the customer care team - ensure customer satisfaction and sales through this channel
