About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Setting up of Digital Marketing campaigns based on the defined instructions
2. Editing/Updating info/location data on Listing's platform and GMB
3. Work on tools like Salesforce, GMB and Jira
4. Troubleshoot issues with the campaign
5. Communicate with US team via ticketing system/mails/calls
6. Co-ordinate with US team for new updates, resolve issues and smooth buildup of campaigns
7. Prioritize work effectively to meet all customer commitments daily
8. Complete other tasks and projects as needed
9. Report to team lead
10. Work on campaign analysis

Skills and other requirements:

1. Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines
2. Accurately and consistently complete setup of campaigns
3. Ability to quickly learn and adjust to integrate new processes and products as needed
4. Well-versed with digital marketing techniques with proficiency in GMB Listings/SEO backlinks
5. Detail oriented and clearly communicates with other services team members via email/ticketing system/calls
6. Ability to clearly communicate across other cultures
7. Full-time graduate
8. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Note: Work Timings are day shift - 09:30 am to 6.30 pm (Mon to Fri + 1 Saturday working)
