1. Excellent English speaking skills
2. Should be open to new ways of doing things and continuously improve existing processes
3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
4. Should be creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
5. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
6. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
7. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebMaster, and other advance analytical tools)
