About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage all paid channels including Google, Facebook, etc.
2. Own weekly goals on the number of acquisitions and CPI
3. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

Added requirements

1. In-depth knowledge of performance marketing

2. Should be able to scale acquisitions while reducing CPI

3. Excellent analytical abilities

4. Expert in canva, video editing, photoshop is an added advantage

5. Good communication skills (Must be able to understand English or Hindi alongside Kannada)

6. Should be comfortable in leading the Kannada community team

7. In the Kannada community, must be able to initiate communication with clarity on subject matter to discuss

8. Excellent verbal and writing skills

9. Must be able to respond to texts and work on the computer/phone for long hours

10. Must be able to understand the mindset of married moms, specifically of tier 2 and tier 3 cities

11. Basic knowledge of Excel files

12. Must be a Quick-learner with an experimental attitude towards work
