Digital Marketing Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Handle all company social media accounts and manage all required content

Develop the monthly social media calendar based on all upcoming promotional events and festive occasions
Ensure that all social media communication is effective and in line with corporate and brand communication strategy
Engage and expand the base of our social media followers on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and other such accounts
Measure the ROI and review the success of all social media campaigns
Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, best practices and propose improvements
Track and report on various Social Media KPIs (e.g. Audience Growth, Audience Engagement, Content Reach, Engagement by Content Type, Response Rate and Quality, Negative and positive Feedback)
Participate in the creation of content for all marketing and communication activities
Participate in the conception of all communication plans to increase brand awareness or service sales
Monitor competitors marketing and communication activities and identify opportunities for growth
