1. Producing creative content for all of our social media accounts alongside our in-house design team
2. Creating a content calendar for social media and producing weekly reports on performance
3. Creating effective e-commerce campaigns that drive eco-friendly practices
4. Planning and scheduling regular email marketing campaigns using our customer data platform
5. Reviewing and analyzing our analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to identify areas for improvement
6. Managing social media marketing activities, focusing on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others as appropriate
7. Ensuring each channel is scheduled and filled with content in-line with campaigns set by marketing managers
8. Expanding the reach of social media activities, e.g., tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, and increasing social reach
9. Sourcing and developing content (including stories, videos, and pictures) to be used across social media channels using the appropriate tone-of-voice
10. Monitoring trends on social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
