Django Development Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with stakeholders and fellow developers
2. Design and implement Python code using the Django framework
3. Identify and fix bottlenecks that may arise from inefficient code
4. Identify and fix software bugs
5. Create a wide variety of unit tests to verify the functionality of the software
6. Manage the security of the platform
7. Write detailed documentation around the code

Requirements:

1. Must have a working knowledge of Drupal for API portal customization
2. Must have designed and developed API specifications using YAML and Swagger
3. Must have experience in web services to build APIs using SOAP/REST [XML or JSON]
4. Must have experience in securing APIs and data channels using various securing mechanisms (basic authentication, OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSO, etc.)
5. Must have a good understanding of the Google cloud platform
6. Must establish, document, and implement the best practices in the end-to-end application initiation and deployment processes
7. Knowledge of front-end languages
