About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal, etc.
2. Assist in developing and execute e-commerce activities in alignment with brand strategies
3. Research and develop a process for online merchandising strategies
4. Identify and follow up of online sales enquires as well as opportunities
5. Engage in administrative duties including handling all customer related engagement in relation to the delivery or product issues, special orders, online sales invoices, and complaints, etc.
6. Provide support to customer for building and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
7. Provide weekly reports on campaign performance including engagement, revenue generation, etc.
8. Prepare invoices, work on payment follow-up with e-commerce portal
9. Perform other duties as assigned
